El Conquistador Tucson names Michael K. Platt general manager

El Conquistador Tucson has named Michael K. Platt the new general manager of its 428-room Hilton resort.

Bringing more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Platt most recently was the general manager of the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester, Michigan.

He has also served as general manager at Arista Hotel in Chicago, Viceroy Hotel Santa Monica and Hilton Long Beach in California, and El San Juan Hotel & Casino in Puerto Rico.
