A message from Steven Showalter

Dear Plumb Plumbing Customers,

Twenty-nine years ago, I began my journey as a plumber at Plumb Plumbing. Before I realized it, I had purchased the business and become its owner. I am very proud of the family-run business that we built over the years. We have an amazing group of employees who have done a great job of providing incredible service to our loyal customers. 

We have wonderful customers that we love serving. It has always been our goal to provide each and every one of our customers with high-quality service and products.  As we have grown over the years, I have found that it has been difficult to keep up with the demand for our services. In addition, I wanted to give my team more benefits and opportunities.

I am proud and excited to announce that the Plumb Plumbing Team and I are now part of the Rite Way family. The decision to join the Rite Way family was an easy one for me as an owner. My employees are being given the opportunity to expand their knowledge, using the resources Rite Way will be able to provide to them. I’m also thrilled to now present our customers with much more than plumbing services.  In addition to plumbing, we can now take care of all of your heating, cooling, and electrical needs. Rite Way is a great match for our business, placing quality of customer service as their most important value. Like us, they are ‘people’ focused and have a phenomenal workplace culture. Now I am able to give all of my employees the benefits that I always wanted to.
